I finished normal level 1 lab with 710 points. i moved along to the rewards page, i didnt have enough gems to buy double rewards. So i bought some gems, i had to refresh to get the gems on my account, so i did, went back to the lab and bougght double rewards. i did not get the creds, coins, or jewl, a lvl 4 tropaz and lost the 10 gems. can i get reimbursed?. shouldn't i?.

Double rewards does not double the gems.

well i still didnt get any of the doubled rewards.

When you click on the box the number that is displayed doubles. If you are going by that then the doubling is already there. If you are saying that what you actually got does not match what is displayed then that is a bug.

once again u misread. i said ", went back to the lab and bougght double rewards. i did not get the creds, coins, or jewl" i dont mind not doublin the jewl but i didnt even get one. instead of double i ddidnt get anything.

Sorry about that. I was focusing on the 'double' part. You are not the first person that reports missing lab rewards when the game hangs or refreshes when the lab is in the ending phases. If I was you I would open a ticket at www.tynon.com then billing support and see if they can help you.

i did, they just showed me the things that happend. i told them it doesnt solve my problem and there like oh well...tynon ftw.
