This Thor's Day most cooldowns are one quarter of one quarter.
Normally I use gems to clear cooldowns on this day. Is there any reason I can't continue to do so?
Is the time going to be backcharged to us after the fact? At full cooldown or reduced cooldown as it would be for Thor's Day?
How is this bug going to be resolved? How can I plan ahead for this?

since Dawn had 2 days to comment about this and did not do so, i went ahead and done what i normally would, what u see marked up is what you pay, anything else is false advertising, certainly not like we planned for them to mess up, i saved since last thursday for today.

The new patch notes say this is an enhancement which is odd considering he said it would be resolved. No idea why they would do this. So much for all the hard work and investment people have made up to this point.
