    Patch Notes 9/25/13

Here are the latest bug fixes and improvements! Sorry for the misfire on getting the correct notes out as soon as we normally do.

    Improvements and Changes
    • Valla now has a new and unique character model, as well as unique animations for her attacks and special abilities! Check her out!
    • Added Gem cost to the confirmation popup for Conjuring
    • Blacksmith cooldowns now stack if a cooldown is less than 4 hours when triggered
    • Blacksmith and Talent cooldowns reduced across the board

    Bug Fixes
    • Adjusted power calculations upward for all players, to revert a change which lowered them. Neither the previous change nor this change has any effect on combat.
    • Fixed a Guild Warfare revive bug
    • Fixed a bug that makes some players miss the Dungeon Clear Rewards
    • Fixed a Carribean Pirate bug that only gives half of the gems on High Seas Saturday when players have the L6 Guild City buff
    • Fixed a Guild Chests bug that only gives half of the gold
    • Fixed a Mounting quest bug
    • Fixed a World Boss bug that makes some players miss the Killing Rewards

Dawn all of these changes and bug fixes are excellent ones save Valla. She looks horrible and very sexual now. Her stance is very unnatural looking. Her new skill attack animation is great. Could we please rethink her cleavage its very distasteful.

Thank you for making the cool down times make more sense in comparison to how long it takes to actual reach levels based on experience.

Could you also add in a confirmation for spending gems on stamina since many people have accidentally bought stamina when they did not want to?

I really wish we'd had some lead time on this reduced cooldown change. This has really thrown a wrench in things as I assumed the cooldowns would be reverted by today so I didn't save as much as I could have in preparation for this. Now I'm scrambling for coins and credits to try to keep up with such drastically low cooldowns with such high resource requirements.

I still think reducing the cooldowns was the right move, but the resource costs are really high and at least right now it's hard to keep up. I can't afford any coins or credits right now for Rune Temple or Heaven Tavern. Things will of course level out after a while but it's still rather jarring.

Have you seen your assistant lately? Or Titties McGee aka Shayd?

Okay the reduced cooldowns are permanent that is great to know, they were starting to get real troublesome for me.

I agree about an adjustment needed for the new Valla. I pretty much expect the designers to continue to come up with whorish looking women, but there's serious anatomical rules being broken with this graphic. The joint articulation is absolutely monstrous. She looks more like the spawn of one of the labyrinth minions than a sexy assassin or sensuous warrior.

Given the amount of females who actually play this game, you may consider, maybe, talking to us every now and then to see if maybe there's something we'd like to look at for eye candy. You might be surprised what we come up with.

My objection to Valla isn't her lack of meaningful attire, it's the absolute disregard for physics and anatomy. It looks like some kid ripped her apart like a doll and put all the joints back backwards.

The stackable cool downs up to 4 hours is awesome by the way. However, could i suggest that this 4 hour time be changed. The total time stackable should be linked to the player's level. Since as you go up in levels your cool downs are going to get bigger and bigger. Therefor at a certain point this feature is not going to usable. So to keep it usable, linking the length of time you can stack to your level could allow someone at level 80 to stack up to 12 hours while a level 40 player would have only 6 hours stackable. The hours I picked are arbitrary and some serious math would be needed to come up with actual numbers. But the idea is out there.

Just noticed the stackable cooldowns and that is one your guys' better ideas. Makes it a little easier to lvl a new sword or staff without being constantly online at its lower lvls.

Well they should seriously decide when to stop messing with power. Before the update several days ago I was 3.8 mill, then I built myself up to 4.2 mill - after update I was put at 3.9 mill. Now yesterday I built myself up to 4.5 mill and today I am 4.3 mill. The funny thing is I have crafted several guardian swords, guardian staff, champion relic, did a bunch of blacksmith and talent upgrades and I am still at the power I was before the update. So in reality all this work that has been done, gems spent, crafted higher armor, did a bunch of blacksmith / talents, and all I increase is a simple 100k in power. Hell I even sainted a few characters since the update. Come on seriously they say the power does not effect your battle but they wrong because some heroic bosses I was killing are not A LOT harder to defeat.

Also while we at it - A huge PROBLEM for many now is the fact that way too many icons are on screen and makes it hard for most to navigate. I have a 23" screen and even the icons are a bother for me many times, I pity those on laptops. Why can't you reduce the icons that are being used ? Make them smaller so they all fit on top or on the side ?

If it's increased at all I wouldn't go over 6-8 hours stacking. The point is to be able to queue up enough to go to sleep and wake up without wasting time that could have been used for a cooldown. It's not so you can queue up entire days or weeks, so I understand why they started with a 4 hour limitation.
