Im showing that it can be done under the current circumstances of the blockade and 80% of the server getting the same side of the map.
It took us on server 1 a few days to get the hang of this thing.

You will need to come up with new strategies and use some serious team work.

Earlier in this thread people were saying some of us where spoiled with our 3 sails a day.
I say some people may be spoiled from having pirates being so easy before.
Its harder now. So what. Get over it. Step up to the challenge. Many of us on server 1 have stepped up and are having a blast with this.

I am sorry, but if 56 people in my guild have a L map and only 4 have a R map and when they get new maps it is also a L map AND this map does not reset.. this means the chances of people making the sail are slim to none and that you are stuck with a certain map for days. I am sure this was not ment this way?

Can we have Dawnbringer say something about this? Is it ment to be like this really?

What do you mean your map doesn't reset? Does it not go away at the end of the day? Did you claim it one day and now have not attempted to get a new map from the claim, guild chests, or theft but still have it several days later? I'm just curious.

Actually, I've been across already today. And helped about ten people sail. I know it can be done, but until players stop being greedy with the boats, it won't ever end. How hard is it to get off the boat and let other people sail? It's pure greed is all it is... People may think they have to be the first ones to sail, and gotta hold a boat so no one else can get it. Truth is, its taking longer for you all to sail, simply because you are not allowing others the chance to sail at all, decreasing the odds of you ever having a teammate that can snag a map why? Because there isn't anyone sailing, just camping on the boats.

[SUGGEST ADDING A TIMER TO PIRATES] - so people cant sit on the boats all day and shut down a portion of the game which we all want to play but cannot due to blockade on the ships.

Even better, if you sit on a boat for more than 5-10 minutes, your map piece vanishes, and you have to wait another 5-10 minutes to reboard if you disembark. It may seem like a downfall at first, BUT, if you are rid of one of many lefts, you may be able to get a hold of a right next, and therefore, be able to sail after all. That will also keep people from camping.

It does no longer reset when server resets at midnight. The map you have, you keep.

Maybe in your servers the other guilds will agree to sail with a R piece and allow to get sunk so the whole server gets sails done with the same R piece (?)
Buuut. Not my case, some payers are just greedy/selfish (and thats an understatement) and they won't co-op with the rest.

The problem is not the blockade. It's the ridiculous amount of the same map side in the server.

87 sails
101 maps stolen

I mean yeah its not the entire server getting to sail yet. But we got about 8 hours left. And people will be getting off work.
My guild has had about 50% of our members get in at least one sail. Many of us have gotten 2 and 3 sails.

Just keep at it. You guys will get the hang of this.

This is a real opportunity to take on a challenge and do some real team work.

Stop complaining about the problem and solve the problem instead. This is a strategy game. Figure out a strategy.

There may be maps of both sides on the server, but when the great majority of the members of a Guild have the same side then you need to somehow get rid of the map you have to be able to steal the other one. You have a lot more stolen maps that sails. That leads me to believe that you need to steal a map to be able to sail and that validates what I have said.
