Why will tynon not stop multi accounts?

WANT TO PLAY ON MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS SO YOU HAVE A EVEN BETTER ADVANTAGE NOT TO WORRY WE WILL TURN OUR HEADS THE OTHER WAY BECAUSE AFTER ALL YOU ARE PAYING FOR FIRST PLACE ON THE SERVER AND WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO TRAMPLE ALL OVER THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS LONG AS YOU PAY.

way to go tynon you have shown us how real to life a game can be online because just like in real life if you have the money you can cheat steal and kill and get away with it because the greedy people that are suppose to ensure that people do not do these things will look the other way as long as they can gain money to do so.


I would like to know when tynon is going to do something about the multi account players. being allowed to have more than 1 account when it is a direct violation of the sites regulations.
can not play against cheaters that can send their alternate accounts to other guild and know when you are going to attack in guild wars how many players will move from A to B and on which round you will do thi. I have written to support about this exact issue in the past and i was given the answer i sort of expected.here is a copy of the conversation i speak of \\

could you please have the multi accounts that are in the phyll guild closed down. and yes i know they are multi account as i have talked to at least one of the players and he told me that his other account is there as well the first account name is enoch and the 2nd account that this player has is twila they are both in the phyll guild on server 29 Storm of Freyr. so if you could close these account down and perhaps do a audit of the entire guild as it has been reported that he is not the only player with multi accounts in that guild. i have requested this because i am tired of trying to play against cheaters that are allowed to prosper just because they spend money



the above was my message to tynon and their reply.

as you can see i do not really need a update of this action because the player i was talking about was there even gave me the info to access their accounts which i did from my local library. the reason i did not need a update is because if they was actually going to close the account then it would be gone. tynon wants only the players that pay hundreds and thousands of dollars to be allowed to cheat this is the only reason they even placed this section in the T.O.S is so if a player is able to actually get as high as paying players they can then say hey you must have broken the regulations. its ok tynon just mark my word players are already leaving one server after another i myself have played on 30 different servers just so i could see how many players are from different servers and you know what . almost 95% are from other servers. why do they leave server after server because you tynon allow cheaters to prosper on the servers as long as they pay. i would bet anything i could open mul;ti accounts and because i do not pay hundreds of dollars i would be blocked for violation of the T.O.S would anyone like to place bets on how long it takes.

1.6. Use of the Service

The following restrictions apply to the use of the Service:

a. You shall not create an Account or access the Service if you are under the age of 13;

b. You shall monitor your Account to restrict use by minors, and you will deny access to children under the age of 13. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors. You are responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment instrument (e.g. paypal) by minors;

c. You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, and shall not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself;

d. You shall not create an Account or use the Service if you are a convicted sex offender;

e. You shall not have an Account or use the Service if you have previously been banned by UCool;

f. You shall use your Account only for non-commercial purposes;

g. You shall not use your Account to advertise, or solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk e-mail or repetitive messages (email or message spam) to anyone;

h. You shall not use your Account to engage in any illegal conduct;

i. You shall not rent, lease, sell, trade, gift, bequeath or otherwise transfer your Account or any virtual features associated with your Account to anyone at any time; and

j. You shall not access or use an Account which has been rented, leased, sold, traded, gifted, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred from the Account creator.

you are really way off base.

1. a huge player who was VIP 6 or 7, that was one of the first players in beta had her account closed for exploiting glitches and multi accounts etc. If you search the forums for kyleena you will find the discussion when her account was closed.

Now this is the biggest case we know of in the forums.

2. You telling them means nothing. Dawn has said clearly in the forums that a screen shot of chats is not enough proof. The chat could be taken out of context, and the entire conversation may or may not be there. However, enough screen shots of different chats will raise their suspicions and MAY begin an investigation.

3. Tynon will never tell you what they are doing about someone else's account due to their own privacy policy. The one exception is when the player begins to discuss what they are doing publicly in the forums in which case dawn may respond sine the user made the issue public.

4. I have seen accounts where people violated the TOS be changed. Levels lowered, coins removed etc.


Tynon is doing their best. But multi accounts is a tough one for many reasons. You could legitimately have dozens of accounts in one household all being played on one computer. Each member of a family can have an account. You could technically create a different account for each server you play. A friend could be over playing on your system. Now for them to investigate a particular IP address is difficult in its own rights. Because many people use dynamic IPs. SO to truly prove that multiple accounts are being played by one person is difficult, It is doable, but will require a lot of resources devoted to it. The majority of players do not use multi accounts. The list goes on and on on how to prove multi accounting form their end is a TOS violation versus legitimate usage is difficult.

To some it seems obvious that a certain player is using multiple accounts. They can admit to it all they want in chat to you. But tynon is not going to just take your word. It is just as easy for someone else to send in their proof that you yourself are using multiple accounts. They will do their own investigation if they feel it is warranted.

You bashing them on forums will do nothing. You will need multiple people sending in support tickets about the same person, it may take weeks of doing this for them to do anything it may take months. But if they get enough complaints from different people, they will certainly investigate. But do not expect to ever know if they did investigate, what the found out and if they did anything because it is a privacy issue
