Glitches in Tavern and Rune temple that have cost me heroes and runes!!

I have already contacted you several times about your glitches and what the game has taken away..Today September 27 2013 at approx 7:50-8:00 i played rune temple. I won a Advantage ( gold rune) was announced through server. I was revenged by a player, i leveled the rune to lvl 5 and placed on left side where new runes are placed. at *pm we entered guild wars and of course it glitched...no action for 10 mins ,,then wins with no rewards. upon refreshing, my GW rewards appeared. I went to rune tavern to work on Advantage rune..GONE!!!..i've checked every character, and in rune temple..I would like this and my recent problem addressed . This has become an embarrassment to extend tome playing this game to lose so many rewards AND go unanswered!
My previous requests are #696513, #698075 and #698864
It has been almost 2 weeks with no response or update> this is Poor customer service and technical support and a lack of courtesy for those who play your game and invest their $$$ into it. I would like my problem addressed and answered. Thank you in advance

I have updated my request with new errors please view request # 700123 jhabyb . It has been over 3 weeks with no type of reimbursement for my loss..Please respond. This request is also connected to request 698864 & 696513.Hopefully I will get some type of reimbursement in recognition of the errors and losses which occur in your game on a daily basis..Thank you
