lost /missing obsidian and tokens

hi everybody im having real issues with tynon support. i have had -like most of us- many issues .i cant get a straight answer (only once) on any issues.im missing 10 tokens .there was an obsidian missing from a hero.today i upgraded an obsidian did not recieve it and lost higher ones at the same time.the game is challenging already with fails which we all know.but whats the point of buying/winning things if we dont receive them and items taken from us. im very frustrated with tynon canned answers and several were wrong .tynon business plan seems to be -eating our children-which is used when a company has no long term plans. i hope im wrong but their actions seem to prove it
