I would settle for mats from the chests being somewhere close to my progress in the heroic realm, instead of getting upper level justice mats when I haven't even beat the first lightbringer heroic boss yet.

(This may be necro-posting, but I felt my question and comments regarding this suggestion are warranted)
So if you invest in a guild tech that boosts your arena stakes, if someone happens to beat you would they then get the "improved" stakes, or would they get the regular amount. Given that guild techs are invested in on a player to player basis, would it not be somewhat skewed if for instance:
Player A is in the top 6 of their arena and invests in the "arena stakes" tech to level 2 (+40% -- based on your suggestion), but Player B is more powerful, also in the arena's top 6, but has not invested in the "arena stakes" tech at all.
When Player B attacks Player A in the arena and loots their 288400 grand coin stakes (206K + 40%), would Player B get the 288k amount or only the 206k amount?
If in the above scenario Player B benefited from Player A's investment and Player B didn't have to invest in the tech themselves, then this kind of scenario could see a lot of abuse, because Player A would constantly get farmed in the arena.
IF however, this proposed tech applied its bonus upon Player A collecting the stakes, (whether manually or by VIP3 auto-collect feature), then it would alleviate the temptation of players without this tech farming other players with this tech.

fairly simple. the buff is applied post claiming. Like in the shrine etc...with the lvl 4 city buffs.
