Thumbs up FYI Ragnarok and morael saint

Ragnarok is pointless once your general, you barely get your credits back even if your the top player with longest streak and 1k of un-needed reputation. You need to add more rewards for this. Morale sainting for heroes that are 100 morale or over from runes is also worthless.

I get my credits back, but I do Rag for the rep. If you don't like Ragnarok, don't join it.

It's all mind over matter. If you don't mind, what does it matter?

fight for an hour to obtain your credits back that you put in when you can't use any of the reputation is lame. You will understand when you reach my level.

For those of us that are already past the maxed needed rep for the last title this event yields nothing.

This is one of the few fun parts of the game left. The world bosses are boring as it does not even matter who gets the real last hit. Basically just playing for a level 4 diamond that once you put on your never taking off as it's 100 gems to pull off. Just need to raise the amount of rewards. You don't even get double the rep from guild bonuses, but like i said reputation is useless to me at this point and will become the same way for many others soon.

Many others? Many others have 800,000 rep?

    Hogwash.

Maybe you should stop thinking about yourself and realize that there are thousands of other players playing this game as well.

I don't think the OP was very elegantly stated, but there are actually some valid points raised.

The game is more focused on lower level investment than upper. Case in point, the constant server creation that resembles an old west land-grab. Server 99 go! Quick VIP-5...dangit not number 1 yet...server 100 go! Why not stop and consolidate servers to fix the bugs that are already there? Because there has to be enough competition among "new" players set the hook where the most likelihood of investing occurs, which is near the beginning weeks of a server's life span--afterwards it plateaus, and you end up with fewer players.

After Knight-Champion there are no more heros.

Once you get to the upper levels of development you can't attack anyone in wild, and your revenge list becomes empty.

You could technically save money at that point to buy a animal like a tiger, bear or dragon, which is the last unique achievements you can unlock in the remaining ranks. But...why?

This is why I know people who have 10 different accounts, and instead of investing heavily in one they just move with the new servers to play for a few weeks while there's still action.

Tynon would be better off shaped like a pyramid rather than a line. A series of newbie servers at the bottom, and a series of conditions to be met regarding rank, lvl, power, achievements, etc at which point you move as an individual or guild up to the next server, where you are now in competition with others at the same level. Those who play more casually or disappear would simply be left at the lower levels for a longer period of time. This would protect lower levels from bullying by matching them against those like them, and give power players/guilds something to work towards.

Eventually it would break the deadlock on the older servers, which would be more towards the top of the pyramid, by a gradual influx of power players/guilds that replace the "ghosts" who get cleaned out after a period of inactivity. It would also dampen the rapid server expansion by letting new players fill slots in the lower servers without being hopelessly overmatched, and server creation mostly taking place at mid or high level servers to bring together more active players and ensure a high level of competition.

Lower players would have something to work towards, and upper players wouldn't be stuck constantly asking "now what?" Which I think is what the OP was really addressing here.

"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

In other popular MMOs of the same genre as Tynon, cross-server arenas or battles are possible as special events.

These give the top-tier players something to look forward to, and is often the most awaited activity once a server has reached the end-game.

I am confident the Tynon developers have the capability to implement such events if and when the need arises.

    I really hope so!

Also from your last comment in the GW/Arena thread...I think it would help move the server along, too, or break the death lock some guilds have over servers and realms.

Though in my mind it would be better to shake up the uber guilds that hold all the cities by giving them a constant source of competition, i.e. by having power players claw their way into the top servers, rather than just limited to special events. I think there is too much of a power gap between new and old servers to make a special event do anything besides give top players someone else to beat up on occasion, but if ghost guilds were being replaced by fresh competition there would eventually be a good scrap among the top levels.

Basically, I just see that it's possible for there never to be an "end game" in a server, since the only real dead ones in a pyramid would be at the bottom where the players who fizzle out after a few days aren't leaving their carcasses lying around and taking up space on live servers. Anyone who's active will quickly advance out of those servers and into others. Those on top will have to fight to stay there. Those who want to start over will have to do so from the bottom ladder and work up again, probably increasing the shelf life of many characters on here. I think Tynon would win, too, since parity creates arms races and essentially there wouldn't be room to get too comfortable if the level of competition was increased.

It's like a self filtering process. Simple. But I think the status quo is too entrenched to support it, honestly.
