    Arena GEMS disappeared upon CLAIMING

    Good Morning,
    Thanks for the great game, I am so addicted.
    I looted a 100 Gem Stake- when I claimed I got the 'failed...." msg. that the systems were not in alignment, or whatever (ug, forgot the word). The box come up to Reconnect, but I saw the gems go into my account, from 176 up to 226! I refreshed and NO GEMS in the account, was back to the 176.
