where can i report cheater?he is cheating or using bug

i am playing in server 67
there is a player "NAME REMOVED BY BOROEAST" who score many 800+ in lab in 1 week ago!!!
he score 910 in normal mode last night,895 in easy mode 2 days ago!!!
even is server 1 best record in normal is not 900+!!!
but he is scoring many 800+ in one week!!! near 6 time i think,he score 800+,and many times 700+ i am sure

I hold a 955 score (level 1 hard) on server 5, its quite achievable to get multiple 800+ scores in a week. We have dozens of people getting 700/800 daily/weekly.

i agree with this "cheat" post, he is doiing something, so often 800+, now even 900+ in normal

and he is sharing his info with his guildies as they are 3 now that score often over 800 +

he is not vip if he score one 800+ its not problem!! but he is playing for a month,and he is scoring many 800/700+ in one week!!!! so its not luck!! why he didnt score 800+one week ago? he didnt want 800+?sure he find bug there is many bug in this game,or he is cheating maybe!!

i see server 5,ur power is 16mil,u dont need recovery for lab,but he is 4mil!!! he need recovery too for normal!!!and u never score 800+ four-six times in row!!

its true that he is using some tool, we asked him hw he do that and he just answered its a secret and that he is nt allowed to share it
