Cerb Rewards

Okay, everytime we get the larger Cerb, we get no rewards. We know we won't get the last hit if we fail to beat it BUT win or lose we dont get rewards. Now, some might be okay with that, however I would like my gem and my useless plan (as I never get anything I can actually use) so, please give us our useless rewards or we stop spending. TBH you guys are not holding your end of the bargain. We buy but we dont get what we pay for... please fix this or Ill go back to spending my money in wartune. I am top level VIP there.

Are you reporting this to billing support with screenshots when possible because posting on the forums isn't going to be much if any help to you if you don't fill out a ticket at billing support at www.tynon.com.

well let's see, it showed what my rewards would be, but then the game restarts *tynon is better!* you have to refresh and you got nothing. I don't know how you expect me to screenshot something that disappears?

Take a screen shot that shows your credits, coins, and experience and another one that shows your inventory before going into WB, Take a screen shot towards the end of WB with the chat window extended showing some of the accumulated rewards and of the top tean list if you are on it. If the problem happens take a screen shot of the message and then after the restart take one of the that shows your credits, coins, and experience and another one that shows your inventory to prove that you did not get anything.

The trick is going to be how to get this on a ticket since they only allow one attachment. Maybe Dawnseeker can tell us how to do it.

Submit the ticket with one attachment. Then, update the ticket. You can add another. And again and again until everything is there. It still stays under the same ticket number.
