Guardian
I think a guild should be able to control as many as they can handle. It isn't TynonNo1's fault they are good. If the other guilds in the light realm that were level 3 ponied up and communicated, they could very easily have them defending all 5 cities in 1 night, thus making it very possible to win at least one of those cities due to limited defenders.
If a guild can successfully gain control of and maintain 5 cities, they shouldn't be told they can only have 3 of them. It's a war game, no empire was every told "No, you cannot attack this country because you already own too many."
In the end the success they enjoy will catch up to them, provided the other guilds in the realm play it smart. iDeadly managed to get up to 4 cities at once then the other guilds in the Fire Realm got smart and got us divided really thin and now the city count has evened out.
At the same time, a game shouldn't go out of its way for one guild that powerhoused it's way through into attaining all the cities they possibly can. Yes, it is amazing that you guys repetitively maintain 5 cities and I'm not trying to take away from that. However, you can't expect them to open up the next tier of cities for you just because you earn the first 5, if they did that, by the time everyone made it to level 4, you'd be on the level 5 cities, and it would make it impossible for anyone to catch you. (Granted the seem to be hard pressed to catch you anyhow.) So far as rewards go, your missing out on about 550k coins/creds and 50 contrib pts a day. However, you are enjoying a 100% reputation boost. Rep is harder to come by than coins or creds, and the bonus buffs from contrib points aren't really anything to phone home about anyways. I'd say the reward for holding 5 cities consecutively massively outweighs the rewards you would get if you were fighting every day for other cities.
