Star upgrade safe zones

Can some one please help me! I have been trying to find a Thread that was here about SAFE up grades for stars all that I can remember are 4 stars and 6 stars I forgot to write them down.

So please if the Thread was yours could you please tell me where I can find those details thank you in advance

I know that 7 is one of them.

4-7-either 9 and/or 10 as far as I know.

Thank you Andy, Wildflower, Herby at least I now know of a few safe zones I did get my main to 7, and I did get the rest of them to 5's, after a lot of failed attempts but that took a lot of gems and a heck of a lot of luck.

Good luck getting dawn to give us info. That would violate the "It's more fun to figure it out yourself" policy

Reemember to do it only on Fridays after you gave clicked on participate so you can get the ones you buy back on Saturday.

Actually dawn can just ask the devs. And dawnseeker is dawn in why not in light realm on server 1 right?

I have a feeling 13 is the last safe star zone but I don't have a hero that high in star levels yet to confirm.
