    Star Level Issues

    Milidhel on Server 37 Spark of Hormusta

    Twice I have had this happen now where I have upgraded my Cianna to 6 stars. Then the next time I log in, she has been downgraded to 4 stars. Would like something done about this, not only for the star loss, but the gem loss as well really stinks.

    This is a display issue that we're aware of. Basically what happens is the upgrade fails, but it shows the animation for success, due to a bug. We're working on it.

    Thank you for the response. Also, why is it that my Adamanti would not lose stars until after 5 stars with a failed upgrade, but my friends Adamanti had the chance for star loss after 2 stars. Just seems odd to me to have the same hero work 2 different ways.
