I am struck at the Minister Lascivius in heroic. 1 month , good job on the devs in ruining the fun of this game as they can't develop a proper game and earning on a totally messed up game. Earn as much as you can by opening new servers, this game doesn't have a future at all.

The problem isn't the critter, really. I FINALLY just got past him today after weeks of trying. The problem is the scale of progression. At the beginning of the game, I was 2-3 times the power of everything because of how rapidly you level. So naturally, you pretty much blow through everything. Then there was the gradual tapering of explosive power gains by the player. I found that the battles were more appropriate to my level, though progress was still pretty quick.
Then, where I had been, I could take on things up to 9 mil power in heroic realm, but couldn't get past this guy. Nothing I had, nothing I did, no rune, no equipment, no talent was going to get me past this guy. And it was like that for weeks. Now, if this guy had shown up a few quest iterations later, no harm no foul. I went from having to spend about 2 days getting past something (via power increases, formation changes, focusing on raising other runes, whatever) to several weeks. It's too much of a jump. at the point of progression where the player meets this guy.
No one is saying this guy should be easy to beat. Everyone expects the battles to get more difficult as one progresses. But there is a stark jump between what one had been fighting and this guy. There needs to be something in the middle. Instead of taking the average player 2 days to get past it, creep it up to 4. Then a week. Whatever.
It really is no fun when you can't progress. And not only can't you progress, but you have no shot at all in the battle. And you're like that for a month. Now that I've beaten the guy, I really don't feel any sense of actual accomplishment about it. I feel more like I went through labor for a month and didn't end up with the kid in the end. Now, I'll spend about an hour skipping through the next batch of riff raff until I get to the dreaded "next guy" and get stuck again.
Seriously, no one is playing this game for the riveting storyline. The maps and critters are all recycled, the "story" consists of a random sentence thrown at you now and then and when you do win, you get the obtrusive vapid looking gal in blue with the strange hair style to give you your few hundred thousand coins and creds, and the 5 cards from which you will get a pittance. And that's totally ok. Just grab some more of those same maps and critters, pick a few extra data points in the middle to adjust their power, and use them for filler between the last guy and this Lascivius character. I promise I won't mind. I like being able to log in and do some brainless hack and slash. But please, give me something I can actually do that to with the scantest nod at variety.
Have you tried looking at the formations used by the first 3 people to beat him? I used
Shayd - Bloodstorm - Me
0 - 0 - 0
0 - Adammati - Calvin
You can also try swapping the positions of Bloodstorm and Shayd.
I've seen people at 10m power beat him.
You will need Bloodstorm, Cianna, Adamanti and Shayd.
Have all your heroes get enough Health Points to survive at least 2 rounds being hit by the Horns of Hell.
Then let Shayd and Cianna do their thing. Replay often until luck favours you.
Don't bother getting magic defense runes. Focus on getting max level on your damage and health runes instead.
I dd it without Cianna in my form and used dawn instead... I upped my Dodge/HP/Damage runes and gear as magic defense seemed to not have much of an effect. Formation is the key for sure, and finding a form that gets all of the fodder out of the way as fast as possible, but make sure shayd stays alive. Then keep fighting him repeatedly until you get that good round that takes him out.
