Bug unable to attack envoy screen goes black everytime. S83 valador

I am unable to walk to envoy to attack it in heroic realm screen immediately goes black and unable to complete it.

If you have not already done so, try clearing both the browser cache and the Flash cache. You clear the Flash cache at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then clicking on 'Delete all sites'.
