I understand why there is no trade system.
The devs don't want to upset the balance of power in the game.
They want people to take time to smell the roses along the way.
And they are likely having trouble writing the code for it.
For the most part I agree with the basic idea that it would make the game too easy too fast.
BUT, people get frustrated with getting the same plans repeatedly.
Many stop playing because they can't get better gear. They rage quit and never come back.
Killing a world boss and getting an HB wep plan when you need champ or guard gear is incredibly frustrating.
Getting an HB sword from a hr boss is equally frustrating. Especially when the boss can drop a relic.
I sell all the useless plans. I sell a LOT of useless plans. Plans that could help my guild mates.
Plans that could help my guild if my guild mates had the better gear they could craft with those plans.

My suggestion is a simple one.
Allow those of us who get plans we don't need to trade them to those who do need them.
Limit the number of trades we can make a week to a specific number. Ten comes to mind.
Also limit the number of trades a receiving player can make to two per week.
I can help 10 players a little. Or I can help 5 a lot. Any variation on this works for me.
I don't see where this would destabilize the game at all.
