    Win-win tech not upgrading

    So I have a level 1 win-win tech and have spent the last week and a half attempting to get it up to level 2. I have over 8k in contributions and yet every time I select win-win and hit learn, the button goes grey, the required contribution points (4k) shows up as a dash, and then nothing happens. And yet, out of curiosity, I clicked on a locked tech and hit learn. I lost 1k contribution and it said "level up" without anything changing to the tech (since it was still locked). This really needs to be fixed, please and thank you.
