Game Freezes when loading battle screen and other windows like guildwars

having difficulty when i am in game, if there is a mail it begins loading and freezes with the percentage displayed. happens whilst im in aeerie baal basically anywhere
doesnt allow me to access guild chat as well
i lost 20 gems for no reason
all my stamina was lost i had 147
won a lvl 4 diamond in labyrinth cant see it
merged lvl 4 ruby couldnt embed but did that at least when i refreshed

If you have not already done so clear both the browser and the Flash cache. The Flash cache can be cleared at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then clicking on 'Delete all sites'.
