Yes one +15 morale is useless
7 of them has some use

The point of saintings in my opinion is to add something useful that can not be added to in any other way after a point.

dodge,block,crit,hit rating, break, and resilence saitings add to the max of those after runes.
Skill,phys,magic attack and defense max after a certain point once rues, talents and armor are maxed

SO when you get a sainting on any of those it gives you an advantage you can use

When you get a morale sainting it does not do anything for you except make it so you do not need a morale rune at 100 to have a shill attack in round 1. The morale sainting does not carry over after the skill attack.

So morale sainitings need removed form the game or morale needs changed or morale saitings need to reapplyafter a skill attack, so if you have no set bonus on morale you get the +15 after every skill attack giving you a starting 15 morale every time
