Unable to acess the heroic realm event envoy

The event envoy is unplayable by my character in heroic realm. when entering screen goes black. I am able to complete other bosses like reanimated or the horseman without issue, however the envoy does not function properly this is making it impossible to obtain the needed cloak plans causing my character to suffer in advancement.

If you have not already done so, try clearing both the browser and Flash caches. The Flash cache is cleared at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then click on 'Delete all sites'.
