I made it to 700 about 20-40 times, never had spirit plans in shuffle though.
Made it to 800 once, had them in shuffle, no win.
Total wins of plans: 0

"Heard" chance of getting them was about 5%.
Also know people who have won more then 1 from same level.

and i only know how many tries on easy lvl 2 i did 6 700+ and got 2 iron spirit plans

Won 3 spirit plans sofar, but due to the absurd scaling in Lab they were all useless hopebringers since at lvl 70 im still not strong enough to clear anything higher (or well haven't tried in a while now but last time i tried i coudln't even put a dent in the regular fights)

I was clearing lvl 1 normal at about lvl 62 2.3 mil power...you should be trying harder lol

With all the -movement I have been getting in AC1 Normal I haven't gotten a 700+ run in forever. Seems like the normal level has a far higher chance of getting bad destiny squares then the easy level.

That being said I have one 700+ normal, no pattern.
Hmm at least 5 or 6 700+ runs on easy, 4 patterns.

I was convinced it could also be in shuffle after 4th, but not sure anymore lol.
