So on server 74, I beat Ducaton in the arena and looted the 1000 gems he was holding. When I went to claim them, because they were blinking, the server crashed. When I returned, I had the same amount of gems I started with.
PLEASE, I'm about to have a nervous breakdown! Could you folks please, pretty please, fix this and get back to me?

By the way, this happened between 10 and 11am on Sunday, October 13th. Just trying to help.

It's possible the server crashed because you were out of sync with the game, the gems might have been already dispatched when you won them. If this is a legitimate glitch you should log in to the Tynon Homepage and click on Support and submit a ticket with the details of this problem. They will research it and you may or may not get an answer back. If it is a legitimate error then you will most likely get your gems back, if it was a data sync failure then chances are the gems were no longer there and you crashed because the game needed to get you back in sync.
