The last thread closed was not in any way bashing ucool or the moderators. it was stating an opinion in a calm and rationale manner. Eother there is truth in what was being said, someone has some thin skin or it was closed prematurely.

I have seen many threads that were bashing ucool and players and were given the chance to be corrected. Yet this particular thread which basically stated things, that were not really negative, and what someone believed were facts that they found on google, was closed because the moderator felt it was bashing and non constructive.

I thought it was very well written and not bashing, it was constructive and was hoping dawn would weigh in and let us know what is going on with game development.

I even asked in a private message for the mod to reconsider, but she did not unfortunately.

This is getting bad when forum moderators close threads where we are openly discussing our frustrations with the game.
Do we not matter? We pay the bills at uCool.
Is this game done already?
We ask and ask and ask and ask. We get little to no information from uCool representatives. SO we are left to speculate and complain.
If our concerns and questions were answered by uCool, and maybe some new content,we wouldnt be so bored that we troll the forums and post complaints

This trend of little to no information form uCool and the moderators shutting down threads prematurely imo is yet another reason why so many of us have stopped spending money on the game and are starting to look for other games to play,

Eagerly awaiting for this thread to be closed and to get infracted by my favorite mod

I gotta agree i thought it was closed early as well... that comment could have been **EDITED ** and the thread left open. The fact that the view of the OP is becoming more of a common one sits with a sinking feeling in my mind. I have to agree on all points here and some of the ones in the other thread as well... The fact that EVERYTHING in the game depends on wether or not you stun, and the fact that stuns are RANDOM, makes the entire plot and gameplay totally random as well. If I wanted a lottery, I'd play the powerball.

We do pay the bills. More as human batteries than shareholders in a company, though. It's why I've pointed out the uniquely adversarial relationship that this game has, between it's players and developers. Most good business practices involve a high degree of being reactive to consumer complaints. Because complaints are suppressed rather than explored, I'm guessing that there isn't intent to change the model. Otherwise we'd be hearing more "whoa, hang on we're working on a, b and c to address x, y and z so your complaints are either baseless or being addressed." Rather than just being censored.

It seems that airing questions/concerns is well within the community guidelines. If it's necessary to overly censor complaint, doesn't that just confirm the issue is striking some chord?

Overall it's counterproductive to do so. The "majority" of noobs don't even check forums, unless it's quick searching a issue. They certainly don't spend enough time on them to get meaningfully involved in conversations. The people that do, I argue, are the dedicated player base, who probably have a good deal of time and money invested here, so intuitively would be the ones I'd really be listening to.

Oh well, I guess the "naysayers" will probably just get censored and/or banned.
