Pursuer as a player-hero is too OverPowered. (Stun + Continuous Rage really?)
It's almost like having Maria as a player-hero.
Also, some advice regarding customer service:
If there is nothing positive or progressive to say to the community, don't say anything.
Which if I may expand on that is why no one has heard anything yet. There is only so many times you can say 'there is no news on the heroes yet, other that they are still in development'. By those are my words not Tynon's and as a player like you guys and therefore have about as much knowledge on current game development as everyone else on this thread.

I disagree. A basic rule of marketing is to do market research and see what the customers want to pay for. The tread asking for opinion on server wide Guild wars is a step in the right direction, but not enough. The game is dying because it has become tedious and frustrating for most players. From reading the forum I can see that there Appears to be one thing that just every one agrees on and it should not be that hard to implement. Do something about the 100 gem cost of removing a level 4. This should not be hard to implement and it will show that Tynon is responsive to the customer's needs.
Believe me, in customer service, it is very rare that "i'm sorry, we're wrong" is said as a reply. The best avenue is to just stay silent.
Try to view other game forums and count how many times the game developers or community managers say "i'm sorry" or "we're wrong".
The game is "dying" not because it is tedious and frustrating for most players.
It is because players don't have patience.
And if the game was "dying", I doubt they'd be releasing new servers.

I've read your posts and I noticed you're a VIP8. That's 50,000 gems.
Why can't you just unsocket your level 4 gems if you have the massive itch to replace them?
You're the only high-level VIP I've heard of who complains about the 100 gem cost of a level 4 gem unsocket.
All other high-level VIPs just replace their gems as they see fit.
Do you know the difference between a level 4 gem and a level 5 or 6 is really not that much?
The defense gems are not even worth upgrading unless you have really high level defense gems and lots of unspent gems.
Only the offense gems and the HP gem is even worth considering upgrading past level 4.

I am a high Vip player who dislikes the 100 gems removal cost with no prior warning.
The game is dying out, from server 40ish id say u be lucky to get 100 actives per server given that there are around 300 actives in the top 5 guilds on server one then plus all the others, id say thats a pretty big decrease in numbers given the game is so young, and they are not creating new players to the game just people who are trying to better their previous efforts on the older servers move to the newer ones.
And to say Andy has not got patience is kinda wrong he is still here? means he has some sort of patience.
level 5 topaz 564 PD, level 4 topaz 324 PD, with 9 slots being available on the sirius gear that 2160 difference, thats just one level up, although dont seem much in the grand scheme of things it is more than the level 4 by 2160 PD
