Let me start by saying, I do not think I have posted in here before. Rarely read the forums either, keeping track of other peoples theories and complaints would just take too much time away from my day. So kudos to the mods, cause I don't want that job. However, an issue with a guild mate being banned has been brought to my attention so I spent some time reading threads and catching up on all the drama. I must say, firstly it seems as if English may not be a first language for at least one mod, which allows for misunderstandings about intent. I honestly believe that all Mattp was trying to do was respectfully find some answers, even if those answers involve a solution 3 months away. You have probably read his thread on RESPECTFULLY seeking help from TYNON billing, it's not as if he uses even half of the sailors vocabulary that I do. It almost seems as if a mod or 2 has some vendetta towards him, a personal grudge. If you remove a thread don't you expect it to be restarted by someone hoping for answers? That's not spamming, that's the persistence of player who really enjoys the game and who's frustration at its lack of progress and constant glitches may be considering leaving something they have invested considerable time and money. Really, this issue is about the lack of ability of the Mods to either answer questions, tolerate them being asked, or even fully understand the issue at hand. Banning someone for seeking answers? Do you all have PMS or something?
