Finished Quest Not Allowing Advancement

I can't continue the quest "Bring the Mayor to Justice", the portal won't open for the next section. When I click on the "Find the Liason Officer" quest, the screen at the portal opens up to Shiningshore Battalion. However, when I click and it goes thru the motions of changing the screens, it takes me Central Battalion. I can't move from there. The portal in that room won't open. I have even tried refreshing.

When I open the Heroic Realm the next boss I can kill is The Plaguebringer

Best thing to do is to send Costumer Support a ticket.
