Not so far other than I did not get the plans and I finished 3rd.
We got the message again and this time there is something different. I got a Judgement Cloak plan from Cerb. The highest HR Boss I have beaten is Firelord Ignis that drops Light Bringer sword and staff plans and in the Quest I am at level 78 that provides materials for Justice sword and staff. I am level 90. I think that the plan drops reverted to what it used to be, based on level. I wish that it would be based on what materials I can get by grinding. Having Judgment plans will only clutter up my bank since I can not use them.

im level 90 and got LB staff and have beaten up to mud giant elite. SO server 1 is still on the HR plan drops What server are you andy
