There is a way to do this. First REMOVE one hero from the current selection. This includes stripping all gear and runes. Place them in the Hero's Inn. This frees up space to place a new character into your twelve set.

After freeing up space, Deploy one character from the Inn. Not that hard to figure out.

Unless your Heroes Inn is full at 14 coupled with your full 12 member ranks. Tynon needs to implement a Delete feature for Heroes as some of the heroes are just taking valuable space in the Inn.

Use the transfer button to move your stars and saints.

Flavius needs 100% morale for Warcry.
