    It would really help cut down on the things that violate the forum rules & put the mods in a bind if Tynon would provide a non-public section of the forums to enter complaints and/or suggestions. Something really easy to find & post in that only the people at Tynon could read. It would be easy enough for them to vet the rants out & look at rational complaints/suggestions, without having things said publicly that are not exactly complementary about the game or devs. It would let people offer their ideas & let off some steam and there is a LOT of steam out there right now. There are a lot of issues & far too many post are being banned for trying to make their feelings about those issue heard. Thank you for your time, Blackwidow (17)

    I want my level 39 character with 180k+ power and 1000 gems back!!! I tried to log in today and play but found that my email no longer existed on the website to login with, but the character is still active, because I tried using the name on a new character but it was taken. Who is responsible for this and what happens if I find a lawyer?

    Use your new account to open a ticket at www.tynon.com then billing support and explain the situation. Make sure you give them the email and pw of the account that disappeared and the server and character name.

    password. It may help them validate that you really owned the account. There has been at least one case where an account was hijacked. I am not saying that yours was, but it is possible.

    Do not out any of that information in the forum. Only on the ticket that you open trough the Tynon wen site.
