I know for a fact my current server is nowhere near this level on any realm.
Now if we are talking server 1-10 thats a different story all together form new servers.

I am pretty sure noone on server 1-10 has 2 guilds of 70+ per realm that can compete well with each other. Even on server 1 if we could get free realm changes and so forth i dont think we could even come close to setting that up. BUt it might be possible if you ignored the fact that some people want to play with certain other people and not with others.

I doubt any server 1-10 will ever have a realm with 2 equally sized and powered guilds. You might find the odd realm on the odd server, but not consistently across all 10 servers. Which is part of the frustration of GWF

But I was speaking mainly about new servers. 68 people can make a brand new server work great but its gonna be super slow with guild upgrades and banish events, and it will require some planning on the entire server's part. But with only 3 realms and cross realm GWF, you dont need 2 guilds per realm for competition. 2 competitive guilds regardless of realm is all that is needed. And in fact I would recommend to a small server like that when its brand new to get everyone into one realm from day 1, break up into 2 guilds and go for it. then everyone is together for banish arena etc
and then both guilds can compete with each other for gwf.
And if all the actives are in one realm, you can just abandon those speakers and never have them scrolling across the screen, you can yell at each other in rc
