I don't consider it wrong for you to ask for more diversity, but don't play the racist card with developers (it's rude). Most of the time choices are made for thematic or aesthetic purposes, not to specifically represent one nationality or another due to prejudices of a game's creator(s).

(Note the following is NOT an advertisement, it's an example) League of Legends developer Riot Games has had to deal with the same complaints, and in time they have been able to release champions of various perceived heritages (since their game world is completely separate from ours). Give it time and I'm sure uCool will do the same, should it be thematically possible to do so.

For now, if it makes you feel better, we don't know Bloodstorm's skin color.
