Disappearing character

After the first round of Cerebus on 10/16 I was booted from the game. Browser error or hiccup or whatever. Closed and relaunched explorer and when I got back to Tynon noticed it was trying to put me on a different server. Finally found my original server and opened it to find myself at the character creation screen. It appears my character was deleted in an eyeblink. Really not finding this funny and I have put in a help request. Mostly posting this just in case a guild member comes to see what happened to me.

This is a common problem and one that's been recoginzed. Please start a ticket with Customer Support. Find them at the Tynon homepage>click billing support and explain what's happened. Give them your toon's name etc and they will locate it and restore your account to it's former glory.
