Is there any plan to actually enforce the ToS?

A lot of people have alts. I don't. I didn't really care either until recently.

We have a person on our server who has invested HEAVILY in the game, I believe VIP 10 now but personally saw him claim VIP 8.

To counter this I left my guild to join another to balance the power for guild wars as this person can kill an entire guild himself. We now have him defend or attack 1 city, and the entire rest of the guild to another, but at least this way another guild has a change to get a city.

Now however he has made an alt, got him up to about 4M power in a week or so, and climbing fast. 7+ stars all heroes etc.

I have been told by a lot of people that "Tynon won't care because he is paying". I would like some word on this.

While this 1 person is affecting me directly, it is a global issue to all servers.

I'm afraid I will be this thread because discussing cheats and hacks isn't permitted. However, a couple of points Tynon will ban players who they think is violating the ToS to a point where the player in question has over tipped the balance using cheats whether they are VIP or not. That said sometimes you have to accept that some players are good at the game and even if you think they're cheating they are probably not.

Report all players who you are breaking the ToS to Customer Support, Tynon homepage>billing support or you are welcome to use the link in my sig.

As for GWs, you can beat big players if you use a little strategy, if you work together you will be surprised at the results. Good luck.
