No "setting sail" rewards

I'm on server 53 under the name Deanne. When I set sail, the rewards show up on the screen but when i click the tab to collect, nothing happens. They are not added to my total. I've waited until I finished the sail to no avail. I've tried refreshing the page and the flashing envelope does not reappear. It's like they never existed. I get the finishing rewards just fine. This has been going on for over a month, now. I don't expect any of the missed rewards, but I would like to get my future ones.

you do get your rewards just gotta refresh and they automatically add to your total
