Existing characters missing.

So last night I cleared cookies/cache/etc on my laptop before going to bed. This morning when I come to log onto Tynon none of my characters seem to exist. Every server I have ever logged onto drops me at the 'create character' screen. Am I completely missing something to log on with my existing characters?

I'm mainly worried about my Server 74 character as that was the one I logged on most frequently with and was pushing level 60....

Seems to be fixed now. Cleared again and tried to log in, characters were suddenly back...
