Call me naive, but how can the cards or gems be passed to another acct? As far as I know, they can't. If items can not be passed back, then there is no problem. If someone chooses to chase stakes, it will cost them a lot of gems for a CHANCE at the stakes...so seems to me this isn't really an issue.
Again, I there is some way that a person can pass items/gems/cards from one acct to another, then I clearly see and issue. Otherwise, different stroke for different folks.

Well it seems this question is a moot one now as they removed the chance of anything but experience from the arenas.
Also on a side note about jumping from realm to realm, the people doing that to grab the stakes are no different than the people who remove all of their equipment nightly so they lose alot in arena and then move back up as they see rewards they like and want to take. The point in having stakes is that you have to be able to defend them for 30 minutes to receive them.
Don't get me wrong I understand exactly where you are coming from, as I have enough strategy to get myself inserted into the top 20 in the Fire Realm arena, but every time I got a decent stake, I had to fend tooth and nail and pray that a select few didn't drop back and steal it from me, but in the end it is a part of the game, and even if they found a way to prevent people from partaking in arena for 30mins-1hr from the time they jump realms, people in that realm would still do the same thing.
Also, you talked about alts and how people use them. When someone who seemingly would benefit from the issue they bring up, it leads me to wonder if possibly a friend of yours had an alt who's stakes got jacked (I only say a friend because I know you would never use an alt, it doesn't seem your style.) as it doesn't seem to make sense that alts would come up as part of this discussion. This is because, as TG pointed out, it hardly makes sense that someone would make an alt and jump it to a realm for a stake when that alt can't directly supply the main with gems and now that they have put level restrictions on PvP and revenge restrictions, it would be difficult for said player with the alt to get any creds or coins they would have bought with those gems to their main anyhow.
P.S. - On a side note, in the future, there is a box beside the reply with quote button for replying with multiple quotes, so there is really no need to double post in rapid fire. I doubt you noticed the button, so I figured I'd help you out with that bit.
There's a 3 days cooldown to change realms. Also you can only change realms once for free, the other you need to pay with gems.

I don't understand why this is an exploit to you. Exploits, if that is what you find, should be reported as soon as you find them, not after you make a nice profit, and get jealous when others do the same. IMHO

I agree 50/50 with you lolz, I don't think that realm hopping is an issue. The root of the issue is Tynon needs to be giving more gems out, the 1k arena gems is like a lottery and you only win 10 daily gems. Gems ought to be given out to Baal,Cerb,Guild Warfare and such events. More participation in your realm will keep you in your realm. I do like the cooldown idea though, but would be 30min I think once you claim the stakes for 1k gems you have 30min to defend/collect.

Her question/statement was a good one to bring up and I did wonder if there was some sort of alt transfer method.
I have no alts, but have enjoyed the game to this point. I suppose multiple alts would provide opportunities to win "big".

i never see 1k gems in top 20 and i never see stake cards in the top 20 so what eles are ppl ment to do.
and its allways about 300ish u see the cards and gems and u are raceing the clock when u transfer to get there 80% of ppl dont make it
i know im new here but tynon and evony are both war games arent they? a simple fix to ur problems Kyleena is this... stop playing. there will be coiners and there will be the little guys. ive been on both sides. the "reset" is an intended side effect of jumping realms. and yes i have jumped realms for 1k gems and leader cards and most of the time the players that had them were inactive anyway. ive said my 2 cents and the truth hurts. personally i think this thread should be closed.
