No rewards on start of sail

For about a week now, I've not been getting the first half rewards for a sail. The little envelope shows up, and when I click on it the rewards I should get show up, but when I click on it they just disappear without giving me anything and without the animation that shows them going to the upper left. I've watched and they also don't come to me at the end of the said, just the 2nd half rewards which come just fine. Any thoughts out there? Thanks.

Maybe that worked in June, but it doesn't work now ..... have tried it repeatedly on same day and multiple days. I still don't receive rewards for setting sail.

This happens to me also but a critical piece is missing in the chain of events that causes this. Attackers are exploiting this by attacking immediately on sail so that if you haven't claimed the reward fast enough you get nothing. When you click on that envelope icon after you've been sunk you're only shown an empty "Good Game" dialog and get no sail reward.

I have not received half rewards for at least 3 weeks. same deal, get an envelope, open it but nothing adds. i refresh, still nothing. Very annoying on saturdays...
