2 times ripped off of major reward.

ON winds of Njord today, I just beat the Envoy during adventuring and picked the card that said "guardians sword", as soon as it popped up I got the message "disconnected from server". I reloaded the page and I am now moved on to the next adventure, but I don't have my guardian sword plans. WTF. I had the same exact thing happen earlier where I was awarded a champions sword plan, and as soon as that message came up... bang that same "disconnected from server"... reload the page... moved on to next adventure and viola no champion sword plans.

I can't even find any tech support on this website at all.... no link nothing. So all I have left is this forum to complain on.

Also a couple days ago I had 179 gems, I used 2 for a Gem boost for cerberus, and twice spent gems to instantly revive (to stay in the #3 spot). I then got the disconnected from server, it took several minutes to reload, once it reloaded the page cerberus was over and I got no rewards and was down to 59 gems. (1 gem boost and 2 instant revives does not consume 120 gems).

And in the last 3 days everytime I have gone to the rune temple and got either a rune fragment, or the wall or other higher rune ... within 2 minutes I get disconnected and that one disappears lost 6 rune fragments, 2 walls, a vigor and a burliness.

And I still have no tech support link.
