Why is there an expiration on VIP rewards? I don't get paid a whole years salary in 1 month lol can we just have VIP brought back withOUT expiration.

Yes I have to agree. There is now no incentive to buying gems as the only bonuses you get now with a VIP upgrade are things you have to spend gems to use for the most part. It hardly seems to make sense that you cut out the reason some of us even increased our VIP level in the first place. The non-paying players have already been alienated due to the lack of any real way to attain gems now with the arena changes, and now it seems the paying players are going to become just as alienated due to no real incentive to buy more gems unless they need coins or creds or the long-shot card in the fair.
This will give me incentives for us to coin, if we get something more besides gems.

Yeah I'm going to agree here, I am currently VIP4 and I don't see any real incentive to continue purchasing. Don't get me wrong I will buy gems if it suits me but the VIP Rewards was something that made me follow through on the purchase when I was merely thinking about it.
It would only benefit the developers by bringing back those rewards. I do understand that by taking it away you may have been trying to put some balance in the game but I believe there are other ways to accomplish this.

I believe that these are still available - goto top-left of main screen - 'Get Gems'
It seems that only the main VIP Rewards Icon on the main screen has disappeared.
It'll need an Tynon Techie to confirm this tho.

You get the vip status but you can't claim the rewards, meaning the gold and stuff that was previously there. The reward bonus of gold, gems, and credits has expired I believe.

The VIP Rewards window a countdown timer. It wasn't that noticeable so I think most of us missed it. It will most likely make a triumphant return on live servers.
