Hi, I don't want to come off as pissed off here - because, that wouldn't be very helpful, and I'm not.

However, and I'm hoping a dev can check for me, I have not been receiving my proper rewards for "sailing," for weeks now. I assumed this was a general problem everyone was having, and given the nature of these developing games, these things happen so I was patiently awaiting a patch fix. Specifically, I have not been receiving my "beginning sail" rewards, but only the finish. I have made sure it was not being added each time, but I admittedly have no way of knowing how many gems I've missed (multiple sails on multiple days, Saturdays included), or gold, etc.

Is there any chance this is resolvable?

Oh. Right. I cleared my cache and thought the issue would resolve, but it has not.

Rewards for starting a sail are automatically added to your account and require a refresh to see. Since it is hard coded to add it to your account regardless of you being online, in the pirates screen, clicking the envelope I would find it very interesting if you weren't getting them.

Maybe a screenshot of you sitting in a boat, and then one having just refreshed the game while your mid sail should do the trick.

Yeah, I don't think that's true. I failed to get screenshots, but after refresh it's clear that I get the message for rewards and not rewards themselves.

The moment you or your sail partner complete the boat pairing (you board the boat with your partner already on the other side, or vice versa), the first half of the sail rewards gets automatically added.

This is even before you click on the envelope icon.

Take a screenshot before you board and right after (w/o opening the envelope). You'll see the difference.

Still not receiving initial rewards and it also appears I am losing gold randomly as you can see from the 2nd to 3rd ss.
