    Take a screenshot BEFORE THE SHIP STARTS SAILING.

    Then take another AS SOON AS IT SAILS.

    You'll see the difference.

    I thought that's what I did -- there is no other support link on the Tynon page unless I'm missing it.

    Go to tynon.com and then to billing support. That is how you submit a ticket.
