I KEEP HAVING The problem of not being able to pulling my character up on the game. I LOG IN and no character I HAVE TO START OVER. I started over with a new name and got to level 50 now the old one pops up and the other is gone what the hell.

With the persumption that you aren't unwittingly starting a new server, then you have hit a well known glitch.
Report it to Customer Services via the Tynon homepage>billing support or you are welcome to use the link in my sig. Tell them what's happened and hopefully this will be sorted for you.
