rune not loading

Am unable to go in my rune since two weeks,it shows 74% loading and stop there even if i wait for like 30 minutes it does not load more.what should i do?

Try clearing the browser cache and also the Flash cache (at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then click on "Delete all sites").
