What happens at level 100?

I have not beaten those, no. I am in same server as Fate. I hear it's not good news for level 100. Which is why i'm asking.. and kinda "kicking up" the topic for Devs. Hoping they speed up exp levels, and fix what is not working since it doesn't seem to recognize anyone over 100 for rewards, etc, so gives you none?

So how did Fate go from level 99 to 103 in just a few days?

Also, can you please explain further. what do you mean by "it doesn't seem to recognize anyone over 100 for rewards"?
