This seems to be a real problem;as it has happened to me more than once. I play on server 70 the Might of Uranus. I know of at least three our member of my guild Dark Cloud having had the same problem. I come on the forum and seem this isn't a new problem at all. I believe customer service demands that you do something to make it right or compensate the customer for inadequate service and also to do it in a timely manner. I enjoy this game very much but if these issues are not addressed I may have to find my entertainment elsewhere and possibly give this game a bad rating on every game rating site I know of.

ive had this happen to me 3 times in the past week with the most recent one being JUST NOW...im seriously getting frustrated over this..THIS NEEDS FIXING ASAP!!!
