Also try clearing the Flash Cache at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and click on 'Delete all sites'. Be aware that this will also reset your music choices and some of the confirmation prompt check box to not show them.
When you said that you reentered, did you do it by clicking on Fight (lower right corner)?
Did you get the level completed rewards posted on the All chat window? If not you had a sync problem and have to beat him again.
