    Exclamation Item lvl keeps restarting at lvl 7

    On Dawnbringer, my relic keeps starting back at lvl 7 everyday. So far for the past few days i have upgraded that item twice. For two days I have increased the lvl to 12. 5 lvls each day. It should be at least lvl 17 by now. Please look into this issue. Server 82.
