Question 20% boost is the real number?

I was wondering why every time I boost my character to 80% i didnt get the real power that must be and instead I got a bigger number than usual, so I started to do some calc and I think that I'm really close to real one.

Every "20%" is equal to 1.26287637 aprox, not the 1.2 that should be

    Formula:

    (((Current Power x 1.26287637) x 1.26287637) x 1.26287637) x 1.26287637 = Final Power
    --------------\ /--------------------\ /-----------\ /-----------\ /
    --------First 20% Boost----------Second--------Third---------Fourth

If you see, is not the base power, just the current power that you must multiply in every boost. Kinda weird, but Tynon is full of surprises....
If any can check the formula would be great

i think it will be impossible to get a precise formula

    Heres why.

When you boost its not your over all power that is boosted. It is each individual stat. Now a 20% boost is resilience is worth more then a 20% boost in magical defense. SO that is why the overall power looks more then 20%

Nothing is impossible if you take a moment to check the formula every time you boost your character, I know that the calculation are based on your gears, talent, saint and runes, but if you multiply every stats with that number you will see my point.

    no you arent getting it

getting a 20% boost to say resilience may give you more power on the total power count then a 20% boost to break does. Hence the inability to create a true formula.

Don't agree. Let's use the apples and oranges analogy.

Let's say an apple gives you 1 power, and an orange gives you 2 power
    .
You have 5 apples and 5 oranges, that gives you 15 power.

Let's boost your apples and oranges by 20%. This means you get an extra apple and orange each. This means you get 1+2=3 power. 15+3=18 is your new power.

    Now, we use 15 power +20% = 15 + 3 = 18 power.

Therefore, the formula can be easily deduced since we're dealing with percentages.

I'd have to agree with it being possible, though I wouldn't say easy.

You can try at WB taking notes of every boost and then compare with the formula and you will get a similar final number

    Soledad's math is accurate.

I just finished world boss on my server and wrote down each +20% boost number, and it turns out x1.26287637 is the number the current power is being multiplied to.

Multiplicative boosts are stronger than additive boosts. Tynon explicitly wants to reward boosting, and using a multiplicative formula is a great way to do so.

in that way u can calculated how much HP would you get with every boost, or attack power and so
